Background
Design and art direction for Mizuno indoor’s global product launches, with focus on creating a cohesive brand narrative through visual elements, aligned with the brand’s values of craft, performance and innovation. All expressed through bold and dynamic imagery, typography, and strong colour palettes.







Implementation
From campaigns expanding on the concept of infinity in sport (after the Mugen blue category, Japanese for infinity), all the way through playful colours and typography for the Funky Lime category, and stylish punchy black on black visuals for the Ultimate Black football boots.







Outcome
The implementation of the design language played a pivotal role in improving brand recognition throughout social channels, in-store and OOH, balancing graphic design and photography assets to be flexible and adaptable in multiple EMEA and Japanese markets.
